Join us for a vibrant Craft Fair on Saturday, November 8th from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at Bethlehem Lutheran School!
All proceeds from this event will directly support Bethlehem Lutheran School, helping students and families thrive in our community.




Bring your canned goods & Jackets
We will collect canned goods and jackets to be distributed to the homeless.

Bring your handmade crafts, creations, or products and share them with shoppers all for a good cause. Your Crafter Registration fee will go directly to Bethlehem Lutheran School, and you keep the profits from your sales!

Setup Times:
– Early Setup: Friday, November 7th from 4:00 – 7:00pm
– Day-of Setup: Saturday, November 8th starting at 7:30
Vendor Registration:
We welcome a wide variety of participants.
Space is limited, so don’t wait!
Bring a raffle prize donation (Optional)
Cost:
Business Vendors: $150
Nonprofit Vendors: $100
Crafters: $60
Wifi will be available for all vendors. Please note: electricity is not readily available, but contact us if this is a necessity and we will do our best to accommodate.

Multiple Registrations Ok!
If you have a business you want to showcase and want to sell crafts, you may select multiple spaces. Please be sure to check your check-out total before processing.
Crafters:
Share your creativity and sell your handmade goods! Each registration includes up to a 10×10 space. Smaller spots are available (e.g. 6ft table) and we encourage this to welcome more crafters and attract more visitors. For spaces greater than 10×10, increase quantity accordingly (10×20 – QTY 2, 10×30 = QTY3…) Please bring your own canopy, tables, and display setup—everything you need to showcase your work. Free WiFi will be available for your point-of-sale system.
Business Vendors:
Showcase your business and connect with the community! This space is reserved for for-profit businesses to display services and products. Businesses that sell products are welcome to do so, provided the items are not handmade crafts (those belong under the “Crafters” category). We recommend bringing business cards, brochures, and fun giveaway items to leave a lasting impression. Branded raffle prize donations are encouraged (but not required). All participating businesses will be promoted through our email list, social media, press, and more. Please plan to bring your own table; if a donor provides tables, we’ll notify you by email.
Nonprofit vendors:
Connect with the community and share your mission! This space is reserved for nonprofit organizations to display services, resources, and opportunities. We recommend bringing brochures, flyers, and small giveaway items to engage visitors. Branded raffle prize donations are encouraged (but not required). All participating nonprofits will be promoted through our email list, social media, press, and more. Please plan to bring your own table; if a donor provides tables, we’ll notify you by email
