Angel Tree Holiday Giving Program
Presented by Nevada Sage Alliance in partnership with Physicians’ Surgery Center of Nevada
We are happy to announce that we have collected over 220 applications and have distributed them to local Angels.
If you applied and were selected, we will contact you after December 17th to arrange delivery.
Nevada Sage Alliance is proud to host this year’s Angel Tree program, created to support individuals and families of all ages during the holiday season. Through our partnership with Physicians’ Surgery Center of Nevada, we connect thoughtful community members with local children, adults, and seniors who may need a little extra encouragement this year.
Our goal is to provide meaningful, dignified support while keeping the process simple, private, and respectful for every household.
How the Program Works
- Submit a Wish List Complete the form below to share a wish list for yourself, a family member, or someone you are referring. Personal contact information remains confidential and will not appear on the Angel Tree tags.
- Angel Tree Tags Nevada Sage Alliance will transfer only the essential, non-identifying details from your wish list to an Angel Tree tag. These tags will be selected and fulfilled by staff volunteers.
- Gift Fulfillment Each wish list may include a larger wish, essentials, and fun items. Fulfillment is not guaranteed, but we do our best to support as many individuals as possible each year.
- Delivery Nevada Sage Alliance will coordinate deliveries between December 18–22. Doorstep drop-off is preferred for most households, and special arrangements or office pickup can be made if needed.
Who Can Participate?
This program is open to all ages—infants, children, teens, adults, and seniors. Anyone experiencing hardship or special circumstances during the holidays is welcome to submit a wish list or be referred by someone who knows their situation.
Privacy and Dignity
Your personal information will never appear on the Angel Tree or be shared with volunteers. Only a first name, age, and wish list items are included on the tag. Nevada Sage Alliance handles all coordination and delivery directly.
